Organisers added late Monday that two Myanmar squash players pulled out of the doubles competition after they were among eight people hurt the bus crash.
Aye Aye Thin and Ei Ei Pyone have withdrawn from the women's doubles and they will also be replaced in the mixed doubles, the Games' sports and technical committee secretary, Low Beng Choo, said in a statement.
Nobody was seriously hurt in the crash, which police said left eight Myanmar players and a Philippines coach with minor leg injuries. Aye Aye Thin and Ei Ei Pyone are resting at their hotel, Low said.
According to police, the accident occurred when a motorcyclist swerved in front of one of the buses forcing it to brake suddenly. This caused the bus carrying athletes to crash into it from behind.
All athletes were then brought to the stadium by a replacement bus.
The crash forced organisers to suspend the first day's play, although matches finally got underway in the late afternoon.
Last week, a bus driver for the Myanmar women's football team was arrested for not having a driver's licence.
